Project Description: The Yiwu Marriott Hotel stands as a premier international business hotel in the heart of Yiwu, a global hub for commodity trade. Strategically located, the hotel offers unparalleled convenience for business travelers, with direct access to the Yiwu International Trade Market and close proximity to the Yiwu Airport and railway station. As part of the renowned Marriott International chain, this hotel features over 300 elegantly appointed guest rooms and suites, multiple world-class dining venues, a grand ballroom, and extensive meeting facilities designed to cater to high-end business and social events. The hotel is a landmark of luxury and hospitality in the region, embodying modern sophistication and exceptional service.
In early 2018, Xinye Stainless Steel was engaged by the main construction contractor for the Yiwu Marriott Hotel’s interior fit-out. We were responsible for the custom fabrication of all bronze and stainless steel decorative elements for the public areas and guest floors. Our scope of work included providing stainless steel handrails, custom door frames, elevator decorative strips, and bronze-finished trim for the lobby and corridor areas. Throughout the project, we collaborated closely with the interior design team from Singapore, providing multiple samples to achieve the precise “Champagne Bronze” finish required. Following rigorous quality inspections and material testing, we commenced mass production in July 2018. All 8,000+ pieces of custom metal trim and fittings were delivered on schedule by October 2018, perfectly matching the hotel’s luxurious design vision and earning high praise from both the developer and the Marriott project management team for our precision and timely delivery.
