Project Description: Poly Metropolis, a multi-billion-yuan state-owned enterprise, is a masterpiece of Poly Real Estate in the complex real estate sector, positioned as South China’s premier urban entertainment flagship. The project spans 56,971 square meters with a total construction area of 228,000 square meters. It comprises a 25-story Grade-A office building, three 11-story small headquarters buildings, two 32-story condominiums, four 22-story duplexes, and an open-plan shopping district.
In April 2015, Xinye Stainless Steel partnered with the Jiangsu Nantong Construction Project Team, a subsidiary of Poly Metropolis, to fabricate the black brushed stainless steel moldings, stainless steel skirtings, and stainless steel mirror frames for the apartment’s background walls and bathroom welded components. In March 2016, Xinye Stainless Steel completed the supply of all stainless steel decorative materials for the Poly Metropolis Residences project and became the project’s long-term supplier.
