Project Description: Midea Guipan Junlan is a 5M Healthy Smart Community jointly developed by Midea Real Estate and Heneng Real Estate. With a construction area of approximately 220,000 square meters, it is divided into two east and west plots. Located at the intersection of Xinji North Road and Guipan Road, the project is situated in the core area of Shunde’s Eastern New Town. Enjoying access to seven vertical and three horizontal routes, as well as four major rail transit systems, including the Foshan First Ring Road South Extension, National Highway 105, Bigui Road, the Guangzhou-Zhuhai West Expressway, and Longzhou Road, it provides quick access to Beijiao, Ronggui, Changui, and Guangzhou, creating a 30-hour Guangzhou-Foshan living circle. Metro Line 3, the planned Lines 11, and 13 are all located very close to the project. The nearby Guangzhou-Zhuhai Intercity Railway Shunde Station provides instant access to Guangzhou South Station.
In June 2020, Xinye Stainless Steel provided a bronze stainless steel restroom rack sample for Midea Real Estate’s Lunjiao Guipan Junlan project, which was unanimously approved by Midea’s design institute. Starting in September, we began mass production of bronze stainless steel restroom racks for the first phase of the project, with on-time and quality shipments.
